Hotellet. Med ett magnifikt läge i centrala Sundsvall, strax intill vackra Selångersån, bygger vi med start i december 2018 ett toppmodernt hotell tillsammans med Nordic Choice Hotels och arkitekterna Krook & Tjäder.

Sundsvall's history is still alive at the Clarion Collection Hotel Grand. The building was constructed at the end of the 1920s and at the time was used as a cinema, community hall and small hotel with six rooms. Nordic Choice Hotels has two hotels in Sundsvall. Both of them are four-star hotels.

Hotellet ligger i centrala Sundsvall några minuters gångväg från Grand Hotel ingår i Choice Hotels varumärke Clarion Collection. Hotellet har två konferenslokaler och samarbetar med en av Sundsvalls bästa restauranger för Allmänt.
